Are you a critical infrastructure organization in South Carolina facing a cyber incident? Requesting assistance in a timely manner can play a critical role in recovery. SC CIC can help organizations with response to incidents from account compromise to ransomware by providing remote guidance, on-site support, and requesting additional resources from the SC CIC Task Force if needed.

Please consider the following before reporting a cyber incident to SC CIC.

  • If you are a victim of a scam, cyberbullying, sextortion, identity theft, or experienced a financial loss as a result of a cyber-related scam or email, please file a complaint at IC3 and with local law enforcement.
  • If your critical infrastructure organization in South Carolina is experiencing a cyber event, like malware, insider threat, account compromise, DoS/DDoS, ransomware, or anything similar, please fill out the “Report an Incident” form.

Please fill out this form to report an incident and/or request assistance from SC CIC. You will receive notice that the report has been received, and a member of the team will follow up if needed.

If this report is submitted after hours and immediate assistance is required, please call the SLED Operations Desk (OD) at (803) 896-7000 and state that you are experiencing a cyber incident.
